After spending the last five years touring and recording with powerhouse artists such as Prince, Ghost-Note, Snarky Puppy, Brittany Howard, Kat Graham, and Mac Miller, the bass savant, known as Mononeon is finally ready to hit the road and share his art. His prolific output of refreshing and sometimes uncomfortably sincere lyrics are synced perfectly to a soundtrack of his incredible level of musicianship and creative freedom. His unique perspective, combined with his experience playing with some of the most excellent musicians and performers in history, is the fertile ground for this first solo show to be an unforgettable experience for all in attendance.
Mononeon’s chosen companion for this show is A Weirdo From Memphis, also known as the acronym AWFM. Known for his uncomfortable, undeniable honesty, energetic live show, and often disturbing stories
of a strange childhood, the Weirdo explores dark ideas and depressing self-images in order to get past them. AWFM’s addition to this tour is both a no-brainer compliment and a refreshing juxtaposition to Mononeon.
Everyone in attendance can expect a night of sincere and electrifying connections with all the artists involved and should come prepared to interact with people and atmospheres that are UNAPOLOGETIC AF.
